Bodyshop Xpress repair technicians are fully trained in alloy wheel refurbishment. When they inspect, in person or examine clear, well taken pictures submitted, only then will it be mentioned whether repair/refurbishment will be done on the spot or whether the rims need to taken away.

Corrosion is a major problem affecting many types of alloys, also for many different reasons. Corrosion is something that MUST be taken very seriously and treated quickly! This type of damage requires much time, skill and patience. to correct. Our technicians will advise, that where corrosion is detected wheels must be brought into one of our centres. We will not refurbish corroded alloy wheels as a mobile/SMART repair! Please allow 2/3 days for this work to be completed.

Price for standard alloy wheel refurbishment starts from £55.00 (minor damage - standard alloys) to £125.00 (extensive damage - chrome/polished or diamond cut alloys).

Corroded alloys – price starts from £75.00 – £150.00.

Alloy Wheel Repairs

Damaged alloys, as in cracked, split (leaking), slightly buckled, deeply gorged – repair prices start from £50.00 – £80.00. Again this type of repair can only be done in-house and at selected repair centres.

In most cases alloys are repaired whilst you wait (under 1 hr) or within 24 hours of receipt (excl. Sat/Sun).
